Popworld presenters Simon Amstell and Miquita Oliver are leaving the Saturday morning Channel 4 series in April, after five years on the music show.
Popworld was launched in 2000
Oliver will continue to work on C4's youth section T4 and Pure T4, while Amstell will pursue stand-up and writing, alongside other TV projects.
"I started Popworld at the age of 16 so for me it's a bit like leaving school," said Oliver, 21.
"I'm so proud of everything Simon and I have done."
"Right now I'm looking forward to continuing my good working relationship with Channel 4."
New presenters of the show will be annouced later this Spring.
"Simon and Miquita have been brilliant over the last five years and have been synonymous with the show's success," said commissioning editor Neil McCallum.
"Looking ahead they will be a hard act to follow but I know that the new look show in its Saturday slot will go from strength to strength."
