An arrest warrant has been issued for a photographer who allegedly struck a child with his camera while trying to photograph actress Reese Witherspoon.

Todd Kevin Wallace, 44, failed to attend a bail hearing at Orange County Superior Court in California.
He was charged with assault after the incident at Disney's California Adventure Park in September.
Mr Wallace allegedly became aggressive while trying to photograph the actress and her six-year-old daughter.
The Legally Blonde star was at the amusement park with friends for a birthday party for her daughter.
Mr Wallace allegedly became angry when they declined to be photographed, swearing at them.
Police said Mr Wallace got closer to the group - which included children - and scared them, reducing some to tears. He is also alleged to have struck a five-year-old child with his camera.
Mr Wallace faces four counts of battery, one count of false imprisonment and causing and permitting a child to suffer, and one count of inflicting unjustifiable mental suffering.
Earlier this year California governor and ex-film star Arnold Schwarzenegger tripled damages for celebrities assaulted by paparazzi photographers.
