Producers have defended safety measures on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! after contestant Kimberley Davies hurt herself carrying out a stunt.

A "comprehensive risk assessment" took place before the actress jumped 15ft from a helicopter into water on the ITV1 reality show, they said.

Davies, who has a suspected cracked rib, had also not fully followed advice on how to jump properly, Granada added.

Meanwhile, Jilly Goolden was the second contestant to be voted off the show.
