Sizemore was warned he could face 16 months in jail

Saving Private Ryan actor Tom Sizemore has had his probation reinstated by a judge who praised him for his progress in his fight against drug addiction.
Sizemore was convicted in October 2004 of methamphetamine possession. He was given probation, but it was revoked after he faked a drug test in May.
Until Monday's hearing, he had been living at a drug treatment facility in Pasadena, California, since July.
"He is licking his problem," Sizemore's lawyer Michael Rovell said.
"It is not an easy problem to overcome, but right now he is winning the battle," he added.
Sizemore's probation was revoked after he was found to have used a prosthetic device to fake a test, and had violated the judge's order to be drug-tested every three days.
Judge Paula Adele Mabrey told Sizemore she had seen "remarkable improvement" in the actor's battle against addiction, adding: "I believe that you know what you need to do to stay out of prison."
She warned that he faced 16 months in prison if he broke the conditions of his probation again. He is due in court again on 4 November.
