Kylie Minogue is coping with her breast cancer treatment "very gracefully", her sister Dannii has revealed.
Dannii, who is three years younger than Kylie, said the whole family had been going through "a tough time" since the singer was diagnosed earlier this year.
Speaking on GMTV, she said Kylie was doing "really good" since she had had a lump removed from her breast in May.
Dannii, also a pop singer, said: "It's quite a stressful treatment. She is handling it very gracefully".
Dannii refused to comment on reports that Kylie had been recovering from treatment in France.
Treatment wishes
"She is very well aware of the floods of love coming in for her and it's very helpful and supportive," Dannii added.
"Honouring her privacy, I wouldn't want to go into any details of anything. It's a tough time on the family as well.
"Obviously, she is getting the best treatment and wishes everyone else can have the same."
Kylie, 37, cancelled the Australian leg of her Showgirl tour and a headlining performance at the Glastonbury Festival when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
