Movie actor Wesley Snipes appeared in the Blade trilogy

Actor Wesley Snipes, 42, has lost a bid to cancel an arrest warrant stemming from a woman's claim that he is the father of her son.
The warrant for the Blade star's arrest was issued in New York City in 2003.
His lawyer argued that the woman had delusions about the star and that since Snipes lives in Florida, the New York court has no jurisdiction over him.
On Wednesday US District Judge Loretta Preska said she had no power to intervene in the state court matter.
'Celebrity accusations'
Snipes' lawyer told the Manhattan federal court that the unnamed woman falsely said they had sex in a crack house and fathered her three-year-old child, when in fact they had never met.
He said she was mentally ill and that she had previously made accusations against other celebrities including Bill Clinton, Oprah Winfrey and Prince.
The lawyer wanted to have the arrest warrant nullified and to prevent the actor's DNA being sought.
Snipes, 42, also starred in the movies White Men Can't Jump and Passenger 57 and produced last year's Blade: Trinity.
