Former Blue Peter presenters John Noakes and Peter Purves are reuniting after 27 years for a Five programme about bad driving.
Noakes and Purves worked together until 1978
They will appear on next month's Britain's Worst Celebrity Driver Live.
The pair will attempt to drive from John O'Groats to the English south coast, while undertaking a series of tests for the cameras.
Purves nominated Noakes for the show because of his notoriously "terrible" driving skills.
Purves, 66, and Noakes, 71, shared the screen on Blue Peter for more than 10 years until 1978, along with Valerie Singleton.
The motoring reality show will also feature other "shocking" drivers including actor and adventurer Brian Blessed, former Chips star Erik Estrada and BBC Radio 1 presenters JK and Joel.
The celebrities will compete against each other to avoid landing the title "worst celebrity driver".
The show, which starts on 11 September, will come from a different city each night, with viewers voting off their least favourite drivers.
"With these shows we're taking the successful 'Britain's Worst' brand and giving it an additional twist - the 'road movie' element and the excitement of 'live'," said Five executive Alex Sutherland.
