An arrest warrant has been issued for troubled country singer Mindy McCready for allegedly skipping meetings with her probation officer.
The star was admitted to hospital in July after taking an apparent overdose and collapsing in a hotel lobby.
Authorities said because it was her second parole violation it was likely she would have to serve jail time.
Her probation stems from her admission of fraudulently buying prescription drugs last year.
The 28-year-old, whose biggest hit was Guys Do It All the Time, previously violated her probation in May when she was charged with driving under the influence in Nashville, Tennessee.
Soon afterwards, her ex-boyfriend, William McKnight, was charged with attempted murder after allegedly breaking into her home and attacking her.
A judge signed the warrant after hearing Ms McCready did not report to her probation officer throughout July.
She was also reported for leaving Tennessee without permission.
Ms McCready is also facing court in Arizona, where she is facing charges of identity theft.
