The Detroit studio where Eminem recorded his hit track My Name Is is up for auction on the website eBay.
Eminem's album Encore was released early to combat piracy
Studio 8, in the Detroit suburb of Ferndale, was used by rapper Eminem in 1997 to record The Slim Shady LP.
The album eventually sold about five million copies. More recently Eminem's latest album Encore topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic.
"The recording studio is still intact, but the equipment is not part of the sale," said estate agent David Giltner.
"It's in great shape and was recently renovated," said Mr Giltner, senior vice president of Grubb and Ellis which listed the property on the eBay website.
The building is owned by producer AJ Abdullah, who is planning on spending more time in New York.
The studio will be auctioned in eBay's commercial property section for 30 days, with a minimum bid is $215,000 (£161,448).
Encore, which was also recorded in Detroit's Ferndale suburb at 54 Sound and FBT Studios, has sold approximately 2m copies worldwide.
