Eminem has helped produce an album of previously unreleased songs by the late rapper Tupac Shakur.

Loyal to the Game will be the seventh album of Shakur's music released since he was shot and killed in 1996.

Rapper Eminem has produced 12 of the songs on the 16-track album, according to Billboard.com.

Loyal to the Game features guest appearances from hip-hop stars including 50 Cent, Jadakiss and Lloyd Banks, and Nate Dogg.

The four tracks Eminem did not produce were overseen by Raphael Saadiq, Scott Storch and Red Spyda.

Eminem previously produced three Tupac songs for the 2003 soundtrack to the documentary film Tupac: Resurrection.

Loyal to the Game is due to be released next month.
