Singer Courtney Love is facing several court cases

Courtney Love has left a Manhattan hospital where she spent the weekend after being declared a fugitive from justice for missing a court hearing.
The singer was admitted to Bellevue Hospital Center on Friday, her 40th birthday, after missing a scheduled court appearance in Los Angeles.
Ms Love is facing a felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Her Los Angeles-based lawyer, Michael Rosenstein, said she was in hospital for a gynaecological condition.
New York newspapers showed photos of Love, distraught and dressed in a camisole, being carried on a stretcher in handcuffs from her Manhattan apartment by paramedics on Friday.
Emergency call
Mr Rosenstein stressed that Ms Love's condition was not drug-related, despite the star's troubled history.
"It's a feminine issue. I don't know expressly what
the details are. But it's a medical condition relating to
gynaecological issues," said Mr Rosenstein.
Ms Love is reported to have told police she had had an abortion on Thursday.
Ms Love faces an assault charge relating to an incident in April when the former Hole star broke into the Los Angeles home of her ex-boyfriend and allegedly assaulted a 32-year-old woman.
A warrant for Ms Love's arrest was issued by a Los Angeles court after the troubled singer failed to appear last week.
Confusion
Her lawyer said the singer, who has three
separate cases pending in California, was confused as to whether her presence was required at the hearing.
"I don't think that she deserves special treatment, but I do think that a reasonable person in circumstances such as hers can be confused with respect to these things," Mr Rosenstein told Reuters.
Two months ago, Love pleaded guilty to an unrelated charge of being under the influence of cocaine. She is scheduled to appear later this week for sentencing.
Love, the widow of late rocker Kurt Cobain, also faces separate charges of drug possession in Beverly Hills and reckless endangerment in New York City.
