Latino singer Marc Anthony has refused to confirm whether he is married to Jennifer Lopez.
Marc Anthony refused to say whether he was married to Lopez
Anthony reportedly married Lopez in a ceremony at the actress's Beverly Hills home on Saturday.
But Anthony refused to confirm the reports during an appearance on NBC's Today show on Tuesday, saying his personal life was off-limits.
The 34-year-old, who divorced his wife of four years last week, was wearing a ring on his wedding finger.
During the show, co-host Matt Lauer asked the Latin singer how he had spent his weekend.
"I see where you're going with this, and I'm going to preface it with just saying - you all know I don't talk about my personal life," Anthony replied.
When asked whether a wedding had taken place on Saturday at Lopez's home in Beverly Hills, Anthony said: "That would fall into the category of personal. And
that's where I'm going to leave it."
Later on Tuesday morning, Anthony continued to evade marriage questions from the presenters of rival network ABC's The View.
"I've always been just so private and I've kept what's
mine, mine," Anthony said.
Anthony, 34, would be Lopez's third husband. She was previously wed to waiter Ojani Noa in 1997, the second to Cris Judd in 2001.
Her high-profile engagement to actor Ben Affleck was called off in January after they cancelled plans for a wedding in September last year amid a huge media frenzy.
Anthony divorced former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres last week in the Dominican Republic after four years of marriage.
