Channel 4 says it is planning possible spin-offs of its Sunday morning music show Popworld.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman said the show's makers - which include Simon Fuller's 19 Management company - were looking at ways of "extending the brand".
"This could be a compilation CD or ringtones," she said.
But discussions were in the "early days", she said. The programme, hosted by Simon Amstell and Miquita Oliver, is noted for its irreverent style.
Radio group UBC Media are also part owners of the show, which is shown as part of Channel 4's T4 youth brand. UBC also owns the Classic Gold radio stations.
It released a statement on Monday saying it was in talks with the other parties on a possible radio station.
"We have a very successful programme, and it has done phenomenally well," she said.
