Former TV host John Leslie has obtained an injunction ordering the handover of any "images" taken from his home in London last week.
Leslie is trying to restart his TV career
His legal representatives said Jayson Blayde, a former US basketball player, had been ordered to "preserve and deliver up" any such items.
It follows newspaper reports that Leslie had allegedly filmed encounters involving Mr Blayde and his girlfriend.
Leslie's partner Abi Titmuss is said to have lost her TV job over the reports.
Two indecent assault charges against Leslie were dropped in July last year.
He had earlier lost his job hosting ITV1's Good Morning show when newspaper reports accused him of assaulting a number of women - allegations the presenter strenuously denied.
When charges against him were dropped, the prosecutor said Leslie left court "without a stain on his character".
Leslie is now attempting to relaunch his career by appearing in a charity show, Fashanu's Football Challenge, for cable channel Bravo.
Ms Titmuss reportedly lost her own job as a "roving reporter" on Channel 4's Richard and Judy show after tabloid reports about her and Leslie's personal life appeared on Sunday.
Channel 4 said Ms Titmuss had never had a contract with the broadcaster and was only used on an ad hoc basis.
