The Royal Academy in London is to run an exhibition devoted to the work of the Italian fashion magnate Giorgio Armani.

The exhibition, a retrospective of Armani's 30-year fashion career, including more than 400 of his original pieces, as well as sketches and photographs.
Giorgio Armani: A Retrospective will be the academy's first exhibition at its Burlington Gardens venue.
Armani has dressed personalities ranging from Diana, Princess of Wales to Sharon Stone.
Gladiator actor Russell Crowe and wife Danielle Spencer were recently married in Armani clothes.
Organisers say the show will look at "the cultural and sociological
impact of Armani's designs on contemporary culture".
The exhibition was previously shown at the Guggenheim Museum in New York three years ago.
