Oasis guitarist arrested
Bonehead's bad head: Paul Arthurs is on the left
Oasis guitarist Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs was arrested at a celebrity party in London - while band frontmen Noel and Liam Gallagher were perfectly behaved.
Arthurs was picked up by police after shouting and swearing at doormen outside the Tommy Hilfiger shop in Mayfair.
He spent several hours in the cells, then received a formal warning for being drunk and disorderly before being released uncharged.
The Gallaghers were also at the party, which celebrated the opening of the shop, but were not involved in the incident.
He got his Bonehead nickname years before he joined the band because of his thinning hair.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "At about 11:30pm security staff at the Tommy Hilfiger store in New Bond Street drew a passing police officer's attention to a 33-year-old man shouting and swearing at them.
"He was told by the constable to leave the area, but declined to do so and continued to shout and swear at security staff.
"He was arrested for being drunk and disorderly and was taken to West End Central police station.
"He later received a formal warning for being drunk and disorderly and was released at 4:30am."
A spokeswoman for the band said: "Bonehead was arrested and subsequently released, therefore the incident was not serious enough to merit charging him."
