TOTP Awards: The winners
Westlife were voted Best Pop Act
The first Top of the Pops Awards have been handed out in Manchester, with eight categories voted for by viewers of the BBC One music show.
The ceremony paid tribute to George Harrison, and host Jamie Theakston read a statement from Sir Paul McCartney, who cancelled his appearance.
