Survivor evictee 'stole ketchup'
Survivor evictee Eve Holding
Holding believes she was 'completely shot apart'
Eve Holding has become the latest contestant to be evicted from ITV's reality TV show Survivor as fellow contestants accused her of stealing rice, tampons and tomato ketchup.

I didn't even know that they were accusing me of stealing things because none of them had the courage to face it up to me

But speaking at a press conference on Monday, Eve said she had never stolen anything in her life.

She accused the other contestants of lying in order to put themselves in better position to win the £1m prize.

"Within 50 minutes I had been accused of stealing four times and I have never stolen in my life.

"I didn't even know that they were accusing me of stealing things because none of them had the courage to face it up to me.

"I have been completely shot apart for things I didn't even know had happened."

She said that she could not have stolen the bottle of tomato ketchup in the first place, as she had bought it for £20 in an island auction.

Eve said she thought the remaining contestants were so desperate to remain on the island that they used her as a scapegoat to win votes.

"They thought 'Let's all gang up against Eve and make up this story that makes her out to be really bad'," Eve said.

Eve, a former army bomb disposal officer from Wantage, Oxfordshire, was unanimously voted off the island by the other contestants.

Previous evictee Uzma Bashir Sheikh has tipped detective constable Charlotte Hobrough to win the £1m prize.
