Narinder and Paul await eviction vote
Narinda and Paul
Narinda and Paul learn their fate on Friday evening
Big Brother contestants Narinder Kaur and Paul Clarke will learn on Friday were who will be the third person evicted from the house.

Voting closes on Friday night, when either married medical rep Narinder or 25-year-old computer designer Paul will be booted out.

This is the second week designer Paul Clarke has been nominated for eviction.

He was saved last week when 86% of the public voted out company director Stuart Hosking.

Paul may escape eviction

Now Narinder is the strong favourite to leave, with Big Brother's official bookmakers Paddy Power putting her odds of eviction 1-10, while Paul is at 5-1.

Medical rep Narinder Kaur was nominated by six people, while Paul picked up four votes.

Many of the housemates had noticed that Narinder was causing friction and, as Elizabeth put it, "she is often the cause of shouting in the house".

On learning their fate both nominees appeared to take the news calmly but later the Narinder, 28, said she hoped she would not be evicted on Friday.

The 28-year-old was chosen by Amma, Bubble, Dean, Elizabeth, Helen and Josh.

Amma, Brian, Dean and Elizabeth plumped for Paul.

This was the first week that Brian received any nominations, picking up two from Helen and Paul.

Helen, who went up for the public vote in week one, was not nominated by anyone, along with Elizabeth and Dean - who has not had a single vote since entering the house.

Narinder has argued with housemates

Narinder has been at the centre of several arguments since she entered the house and has made no secret of her dislike of Helen and Amma.

Bookmakers Paddy Power are already offering odds on who will be the fourth housemate evicted.

Paul - assuming he is not ejected on Friday night - is the favourite at 7-4.

Amma follows at 2-1, Helen at 5-1, and Josh at 7-1.

Dean seems likeliest to stay - a long host for eviction at 33-1.

More than a million people phoned the Big Brother eviction lines to choose who should leave the programme last Friday.

Stuart was the second contestant to be take the "walk of shame" during the live eviction.

The 36-year-old told the Big Breakfast that his favourite to win would be Bubble.
