The remaining members of INXS are planning a concert to raise money for the late singer Michael Hutchence's young daughter, Tiger Lily.

A range of top stars from the world of music will be asked to perform a favourite INXS song during the show as a tribute to Hutchence. The star was found hanged by his belt in a Sydney hotel room last November.

The show organisers hope have invited Sir Elton John, U2's Bono, Tom Jones, David Bowie, Aretha Franklin, Nick Cave and Iggy Pop.

One of the five members of the band, guitarist Tim Farris, said all proceeds would go to Tiger Lily, who is nearly two.

He said her mother, Paula Yates, is still completely devastated by Hutchence's suicide. Last week, she was reported to have attempted to commit suicide herself. She is currently recovering from depression in a private clinic.
