Celebrity Big Brother is in aid of Comic Relief
BBC News Online profiles the six celebrities who are spending up to seven days cooped up together in the Big Brother house for Comic Relief.
Chris Eubank, Anthea Turner and Vanessa Feltz are out, and the public will now vote for a winner out of the remaining threesome.


Anthea Turner

Age: 40
Lives: Surrey
Occupation: TV presenter
Tabloid interest: High. The once golden girl of TV has been demonised by the papers recently.
Trivia: Her hair-do was once as famous as Rachel's in Friends.



Keith Duffy

Age:26
Lives: Ireland
Occupation: Pop star
Tabloid interest: Moderate. Apart from rumours of the demise of BoyZone, the band have left the limelight.
Trivia: Once dropped his trousers on stage for charity Childline.



Chris Eubank

Age: 34
Lives: Brighton
Occupation: Former boxer
Tabloid interest: Moderate. He is viewed by some as a figure of fun, but the articulate boxer does play up to the image.
Trivia: His trademark gold monocle was once stolen as he helped a sick passenger on a train.



Vanessa Feltz

Age:38
Lives: London
Occupation: Broadcaster
Tabloid interest: High. Her weight loss, career and love life have provided endless headlines.
Trivia: A streaker once paraded all on her now-axed BBC show.



Claire Sweeney

Age: 29
Lives: Liverpool
Occupation: Actress
Tabloid interest: Low. Her lesbian scenes in Brookside failed to capture the media intensity enjoyed by former soap star Anna Friel.
Trivia: Lost a stone and a half in weight so she would look good in a wedding dress for a scene in Brookside.



Jack Dee


Age: 39
Lives: London
Occupation: Comedian
Tabloid interest: Low. His gruff stage persona has not endeared him to the papers.
Trivia: A teetotaller, he used to front the advertising campaign for John Smith bitter.
