India faces up to industrial action

Mumbai's rail system was recently brought to a standstill by industrial action.

The city's railway operators, or 'motormen', walked out for 24 hours, demanding higher pay.

While the dispute was quickly resolved, it caused wide-spread chaos.

The BBC's Delnaaz Irani has been finding out if India is facing a future of industrial disputes.
