Harnessing the sun to keep milk fresh

Poor storage conditions means that India wastes almost half of the food it produces.

As a result, people are going hungry and farmers are missing out on much needed revenues.

One company reckons it has found a solution that is tailored specifically to the Indian market.

The BBC's Ben Richardson has been to Goa to see their machine in action and to ask if the sun can really stop milk turning sour.
