Small businesses and impact of US healthcare reforms

President Barack Obama is busy selling his landmark healthcare bill to US voters, having signed it into law on Tuesday.

One constituency he has to persuade is small businesses, who play an important role in creating new jobs.

Michelle Fleury has visited a bakery in New York, where they are weighing up the cost of the reforms.
