Iceland will 'not accept unfair terms'

Iceland's president has said his country is prepared to pay debts to the UK and the Netherlands following the Icesave collapse, but will "not accept unfair terms".

Olaf Ragnar Grimsson was speaking after a referendum by Icelandic voters overwhelmingly rejecting proposals to repay 3.8bn euros (£3.4bn; $5.2bn).
