Energy profits fuel consumer anger

Consumer groups have voiced concerns about the high cost of winter fuel bills, after an Ofgem report revealed energy firms' profits are on the rise.

British Gas, the only supplier to have cut prices, saw its profits jump by 58% in 2009, its parent company Centrica has said.
