Adrian Fawcett runs the General Healthcare Group, one of the biggest private hospital companies in Britain. He says the best thing anyone ever told him (and it happened to be Allan Leighton, the chairman of Royal Mail) was to leave the past behind and concentrate on moving forward.

Adrian appeared on The Bottom Line which is broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service. Subscribe to the podcast or watch it on BBC News Channel.
