'New city' plan in Nigeria


A 'Great Wall of Lagos' is being built to reclaim land that authorities hope to use in an ambitious development project.

Population growth and overcrowding is a real concern in the Nigerian city, which aspires to develop a futuristic new area to ease the problem.
