'Unemployment will rise before summer'

The number of people unemployed in the UK has fallen for the first time in 18 months to 2.46 million for the three months to November.

The Work and Pensions Secretary Yvette Cooper has told the BBC's Simon McCoy that the jobs market was not out of the woods, and that she expected unemployment to rise before the summer.
