Voters' views on pre-Budget measures

In his final pre-Budget report before a general election, Chancellor Alistair Darling announced a rise in National Insurance contributions and a 1% pay cap for public sector workers.

He also unveiled a bank bonus tax and a home boiler scrappage scheme.

The BBC's Chris Buckler reports from Halifax, West Yorkshire, on how the measures were received by traders, families, and public sector workers.
