Aggreko supplies generators at Glastonbury

The power generator supplier Aggreko, which rents out generators for events such as the Glastonbury music festival, is to enter the FTSE 100.

The firm will replace pest control and business services group Rentokil Initial in the only change in the latest quarterly reshuffle.

Aggreko supplied generators to the Beijing Olympics and will also provide equipment to London's Olympic village.

The changes will take effect from Monday, 21 December.
