Sierra Leone has come a long way since 2002 when the decade-long civil war ended.
Now the country wants international investors to help complete its reconstruction.
The BBC's Roger Hearing spoke to the president, Ernest Bai Koroma, and asked if the Chinese were already knocking on their door.
