Shoplifting reaches record levels

Shoplifting has reached record levels in the UK and a new survey suggests that it may be the middle classes who are partly to blame.

Designer clothes, iPods and DIY power tools are among the most likely items to be stolen from shops.

Richard Westcott reports.
