Rifts appear ahead of G20 talks

Disputes over climate change and stimulus spending have emerged as G20 finance ministers gather in St Andrews, Fife.

Some G20 nations want to end stimulus spending whereas the UK, still mired in a long downturn, is more cautious about scaling back on measures to boost growth.
