As the recession bites many people are choosing to alter their eating habits.

Some of us are eating more traditional comfort foods and eating out less. Many takeaways though, are reporting a roaring trade.

David Sillito has been touring Britain looking at how our habits are changing - and why the 'all you can eat' buffet is now big business.
