Manufacturer has Christmas hope

Car parts manufacturer Neil Shorthouse has ridden out the recession and is expecting the economy to turn by Christmas.

Worryingly, orders have dropped over the last two months. But he hopes new money going into Land Rover will help factories like his which supply parts to the carmaker, and will see things pick up again by Christmas.
