Mandelson: 'Deal on Magna plan'

Business Secretary Lord Mandelson has confirmed that he has reached a deal with the proposed new owners of Vauxhall to protect jobs.

Workers have agreed to a two-year pay freeze as well as other efficiency measures. And Vauxhall confirmed that plants at Ellesmere Port and Luton would continue as key manufacturing operations until at least 2013.
