Short calls for political inquiry

Former Secretary for International Development Clare Short has called for a political inquiry in relation to the BAE Systems corruption allegations.

In 2001 Ms Short opposed the sale of military air traffic control systems to Tanzania, but the deal which cost one of the world's poorest countries £28m was approved by the UK government.
