Leading Questions: Helen Alexander

Helen Alexander is the first woman to head up the CBI since the organisation began in 1965.

She joined the bosses' organisation after 11 years at the Economist Group.

One of the few women at the top table in the world of business, she says there are plenty of talented women out there - the problem isn't prejudice but that employers aren't looking in the right place.

On this week's Leading Questions she talks to Robert Peston about juggling family and work and how she intends to encourage more women into the boardrooms.
