FSA on return of bonus culture

While the FSA is still in charge of regulating the banks, it seems it cannot prevent the return of the bonus culture many think lead to the banking crisis in the first place.

Chief executive Hector Sants told the BBC the organisation could step in if it felt banks were "incentivising people to take risks", but "the question of individual payments is not one for the regulators".
