Alistair Darling on 'regulatory tax'

UK banks will face tougher regulation and consumers will get more protection, under reforms to the financial system proposed by Alistair Darling.

Speaking with the BBC's Robert Peston, the chancellor explains his proposal and what he thinks went wrong with the banking industry.
