Caught between two properties

Antrim, in Northern Ireland, has seen some of the biggest property price crashes. Clare Gibson retired there six years ago from Belfast - but now she wants to move again.

She has already put down a hefty deposit on a new build in Ballycastle but cannot sell her house in Antrim at the current asking price. Lowering this is not an option as she will not be able to pay the difference to buy the house that she already sees as her own.

Propertywatch, a new series on property prices and the downturn, is broadcast from 11-14 May at 2000 BST on BBC Two.
