Business loans plan unveiled

At least £10bn in short term loans is to be guaranteed by the government to help hard-pressed businesses.

Details of the plan to underwrite loans to small and medium-sized firms are being unveiled by the Business Secretary, Lord Mandelson, who outlined the proposals to the BBC's Political Editor, Nick Robinson.
