Monstermob has bought Chinese firms in the past

A Chinese wireless content firm has said it is considering making a $77.9m (£39.9m) bid for UK-based mobile phone games and ringtones firm Monstermob.
However, Shanghai's Linktone said it would only make the move if Monstermob rejected a deal already on the table from Spanish firm LaNetro Zed.
Linktone said it felt that combining the two companies "would be attractive for both groups of shareholders".
Monstermob said it would have to examine the approach before responding.
Its shareholders are due to hold an extraordinary general meeting next week to vote on whether to take LaNetro Zed's offer to buy a 52.6% stake for £34m.
The board had earlier recommended that shareholders accept the move.
Founded in 2000, Monstermob last year bought two of China's largest providers of mobile phone content, W-Infinity Communications and M Dream.
