The health scare sparked violent protests in China

Procter & Gamble is to resume Chinese sales of its SK-II cosmetics line after the products were recalled last month due to a health scare.
The SK-II range was pulled from Chinese shelves after health authorities found traces of two toxic metals, sparking some violent customer protests.
The two metals were chromium, which can cause eczema, and neodymium, which also hurts the skin and can damage lungs.
Chinese officials now say levels found were so low as to be harmless.
Windows smashed
Procter & Gamble has yet to give a timetable for the reintroduction of the Japanese-made SK-II range in China.
It has also refused to comment on its initial promise to refund buyers.
The recall saw protestors attack the firm's Shanghai offices.
Although no-one was injured, windows were smashed.
