Audio slideshow: Children of Kasisi
BBC News has been to Zambia as part of a special series looking at how Africa is faring one year on after the promises of increased aid made at the G8 summit in Gleneagles.

In the dry countryside outside Lusaka, an order of Polish and Zambian nuns take care of more than 250 babies, orphans and street children - many of whom are HIV positive.

This is the story of the Kasisi Children's Home.
