Disney hopes Chicken Little can help
Entertainment giant Disney suffered a 26% fall in net profits during the July to September quarter when compared with the same period a year earlier.

Weak DVD sales pulled down profits at Disney's studio, which is currently enjoying great success with "Chicken Little".

The group's net profits fell to $379m (220m).

Disney's consumer goods unit also suffered, but profits rose at the ABC media network and at ESPN cable.
