Changing lives

Bored? What about getting a new job - or setting up your own shop?

Unhappy in your job? Want to make a fresh start? Working Lunch gives you tips how to go about it.

Working Lunch recently reported how people made a fresh start, from changing career to working from home.

By and large, though, it's easy to say you're unhappy with what you're doing, but very hard to think of something else you'd enjoy and make a living from.

Career counseling

If you need help and advice on changing your career, a good starting point is Learning Direct.

They offer information on education and training opportunities, careers advice and information on funding. They can also put you in touch with private careers counsellors who offer aptitude tests.

We featured a couple who bought a small holding.
