Since joining NatWest in 1988 Paul Lynam has worked in various head office roles but spent much of his career in frontline positions in commercial and corporate banking.

Before heading up NatWest and RBS Business Banking, Paul was also managing director and chief executive of Lombard - the largest asset finance company in Europe.

Together NatWest and RBS provide banking services for more small businesses across the UK than any other Bank.
