Barclaycard to ditch '0% forever'
Barclaycard
Barclaycard is phasing out its credit card deal that offers 0% forever on balance transfers.

Last year the Office of Fair Trading forced the company to withdraw advertising for the deal because it said it was misleading to customers.

From June, new customers will be offered a twelve month interest free period for transfers and new purchases.

But it will not be available to existing Barclaycard customers, and will not count for Nectar card points.

Barclaycard said more information would be made available in the coming months.
